SHIPPING POLICY 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed on the business day received and if the order is received by 14:00 CET then it will be shipped by priority post the same day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All domestic orders are shipped via priority post for next day delivery within Switzerland. Order values from 100 CHF will be sent free of charge. The following shipping rates apply if the order value does not exceed 100 CHF:

  • Switzerland: 9.00 CHF
  • Europe: no shipments to EU or other international locations are currently allowed.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Depending on the order and/or your shipping destination, you may also receive a tracking number(s).

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

DAMAGES

Nakal Gin, owned and operated by Real Refinery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
